During the holding period I’ll be happy to manage your properties and insure maximum rents, minimum vacancies, and cost-effective maintenance services are provided. Properties purchased through me will entitle you to my ‘preferred client’ management fees. You can be assured that all tenants will be carefully screened and treated with respect, and that you will receive a detailed accounting of income and expenses every month, along with your proceeds check. When tax time comes….guess what? It will be a “walk in the park” for your accountant to prepare your taxes!
